Four 'Tween' Sisters Cover METALLICA's 'Nothing Else Matters'; Video Available

August 9, 2011

11-year-old Japanese guitar prodigy Yuto Miyazawa has contributed a guest solo to a cover version of METALLICA's "Nothing Else Matters" by THE PREZCOTTS, a self-described "tween group of four sisters who sing in harmony together." A video for the song was directed by Leon Melas and produced by Frank Muoz and can be seen below.

Commented THE PREZCOTTS: "['Nothing Else Matters'] was a hard song to cover, especially since it is such an epic song! But we did our best and tried to bring our own style and spin on it.

"A special thanks to Yuto Miyazawa for that incredible solo!

"This song is dedicated to all the people in Japan. Our prayers are still with you."

According to a press release, "THE PREZCOTTS are a group of four sisters who overcame a devastating personal tragedy by focusing on their shared love of music."

Said THE PREZCOTTS: "We started out singing for church programs and at family get-togethers. We love to write our own songs and have our own originality and style. As sisters, we have to work together to remind each other that being who you are is worth it. We don't like bullying or putting others down and some of the songs we write are inspired by that. We want our music to help kids get through their everyday life and encourage them to be strong and stand up for what they believe in! THE PREZCOTTS are here to motivate and inspire others to be who they are!"
